Document Summary: The Nebraska Department of Health and Human
Services, Office of Community Health Development, is releasing the Request for Application
(RFA) for the Nebraska Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF SIG)
Program. The Nebraska SPF SIG Program is funded by the Substance Abuse Mental Health
Services Administration (SAMHSA).
The Nebraska SPF SIG is focused on preventing alcohol misuse at the
community level through the efforts of board-based community coalitions.
The Request for Applications (RFA) provides information for preparing
applications for funding under the SPF SIG. It describes the goals of the project, the
eligibility requirements, the availability and duration of funds, the application format,
and the awards process.
